Whether you’re purchasing a Dell Inspirion laptop or an Apple iBook, you want to have a good idea what users are saying about the interface and general usage of the laptop. But remember to take these reviews with a grain of salt. Every review is just one person’s experience, which always has the potential to be abnormal.
